What are your short term rates?

The following rates must be paid in advance, include utilities, and are subject to refund limitations.

Do you require a deposit?

Campers staying one month or less are not required to pay a deposit. For month-to-month campers we require a $200 deposit. This is held until you move and is applied to your final utility charge. The unused portion is promptly refunded.

Do you allow pets?

We allow dogs that are not aggressive breeds. We also require that your dog does not bark excessively to the point where it bothers other campers. Cats are allowed provided they are always kept inside your RV.

How much are utilities?

Utilities for month-to-month campers include water, sewer, and electric and average around $65 per month. Billing rent and utilities separate allows long term campers who are careful to save big bucks compared to other parks that have an all inclusive flat rate.

Is free WiFi available?

We do not have free WiFi because Comcast cable is available at all sites. Campers also have the option to use their cellular hot spots, satellite, and digital TV antennas.

Do you reserve spaces?

We do not reserve spaces for more than 2 weeks. Month-to-month campers must pay the $200 deposit and we will hold the space until a specified date. If you are a no-show then your deposit is non-refundable. If you are staying one month or less you must pay in advance and we will hold the space for your desired dates. Once again prepays for short term stays are non-refundable if you are a no-show, or if you use less than the reserved days due to arriving late or leaving early.

What are your hours of operation?

We live on site and do not have specific hours of operation. Feel free to come by during daylight hours to check us out. If you want a guided tour please call us ahead of time so we can arrange for someone to show you around.
